Direct Safe Catering
Direct Safe Catering Policy provides caterers with an easily accessible system which will result in the assurance of food safety for their customers. It meets legal requirements contained in the current food safety legislation and is approved by City of Wolverhampton Council Environmental Health Officers.
You will be safe in the knowledge that your catering provision is fully supported by an extensive quality policy to ensure safe methods are adopted and good practice is used.
The Policy covers different catering operations (e.g. educational establishments, adult and social care, leisure and other catering) developed in accordance with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) Assessment which clearly describes the steps and hazards applicable. Controls intended to reduce the hazard and how this may be monitored, have been identified.
Good Practice Guidance and Notes provide detailed information and instructions to control the hazards on the HACCP sheets.
People who operate Direct Safe Catering vary in their specific skills and responsibilities, from a temporarily employed person waiting tables for one evening, through permanently employed cooks to managers and staff with specialist knowledge.
Supporting schools with the delivery of the Curriculum, the teaching of musical instruments and playing music with others.
Coordination of Admissions for Academies
Every Admitting Authority in England is required by law to participate in the Co-ordinated admissions process for a normal year of entry admission. The Board of Directors/Governors is the Admitting Authority for an Academy and must have a set of determined admission arrangements, clearly setting out how many applications for the Academy will be prioritised in the event of over-subscription.
The aim of the Admission and Appeals Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to provide a very simple buy-back service for academies that will take on the majority of statutory admissions and admissions appeals tasks for which the Board of Directors/Governors of an academy is responsible.
The price for the 18/19 Academic year is £6 per person, and will be based on the numbers on roll recorded in the October 2018 Census. Please add to basket for a bespoke quote.
